Swarovski Crystal Worlds

A walk through the chambers of wonder

Visitors enter the Crystal Worlds through the head of a water-spouting giant. They cross the blue lobby in which artworks by Keith Haring, Nicki de Saint Phalle, Salvador Dali, and Andy Warhol are exhibited. The lobby also features the Centenar, the world’s largest semi-precious stone. The first stop on your walk through the chambers of wonder is a 3D installation that blends geometric images and sounds into one crystal planet.

Inner and outer worlds

After the museum was redesigned and expanded in 2003, it came to comprise the blue lobby, 13 chambers of wonder, a café/restaurant, a VIP lounge for Swarovski collectors, an area for special exhibitions, and the world’s largest Swarovski shop, which you can visit free of charge. One room is dedicated to a virtual museum named thecrystalweb. In the spring of 2005, a creative laboratory for children was inaugurated. There, young people can create their own crystal artwork.

All green spaces around the giant are both a playground and a flexible display area for sculptures. “The Hand,” artist André Heller’s green labyrinth, has attracted visitors from all over the world.
