Located just a few metres from the Hotel Edelweiss & Gurgl, the stables are home to 17 beautiful Tyrolean Haflinger horses bred and raised in Obergurgl. Among the courses and activities on offer are:

  • riding lessons with the longe line,
  • group lessons (max. 6 riders),
  • jumping lessons (max. 4 riders),
  • hacks into the countryside on Haflinger horses (max. 6 riders, only in summer),
  • private lessons for riders of all ages,
  • show programmes.

Fantastic riding in the heart of a stunning natural landscape

Our modern riding hall has been designed according to international guidelines for riding tournaments and has a large glass front, meaning that riders can admire the mountains while in the sheltered environment of the indoor training centre.

Mesuring 20m x 40m, the hall has a total area of 800m² and can be equipped with obstacles such as oxers, uprights and cavaletti for riders wanting to practise jumping.
