Sweat it out at the E&G
Saunas have been shown to not only relax tired muscles but also improve the immune system during the cold months of the year. We invite you to sweat it out in one of our saunas before cooling off in the grotto and enjoying a jungle shower experience. Then, why not lie down in our new chillout room and simply let your thoughts wander?
Tips on sauna use from our experts
Our friendly and experienced team at the Glacier Spa will be happy to give you tips on the right way to enjoy the sauna. They also provide information on the wide range of beauty treatments available at the E&G.
Indoor pool with mountain views & heated outdoor pool
In the Glacier Spa, one of the trickiest decisions you will face is where to start! Maybe a few lengths of the indoor pool overlooking the mountains and ski resort?
Or how about letting yourself float on the water's surface in our heated outdoor pool? There is nothing quite like the feeling of breathing in the fresh mounain air as the steam from the pool rises around you and the sun slowly sets behind the Alps.
Both options are a great way to round off a day of action and adventure in one of Austria's best ski resorts or a day of hiking and biking during the warm summer months.
First invented by monk Sebastian Kneipp, the Kneipp water therapy technique is designed to stimulate the flow of blood to the arms and legs by exposing them alternately to warm and cold water. Here at the E&G we have Kneipp wading pools where guests enjoy this unique sensation.
