Winter garden, fondue & à la carte

Food is an important part of any holiday. At the Hotel Edelweiss & Gurgl guests can look forward to a culinary experience to remember. Our à la carte restaurant at 1,930 metres above sea level serves haute cuisine in the truest sense of the word, with highlights including local delicacies such as game as well as delicious desserts you will find hard to resist.

Why not enjoy a real alpine experience with a fondue in the specially designed fondue area of our restaurant? An elegant combination of wood and stone, an overhead extractor fan above the tables and a glass roof offering fabulous views of the night sky are the perfect ingredients for a special evening. 

Those looking for a little peace and quiet can head to the winter garden to enjoy a glass of fine wine or a cup of coffee as they look out at the hustle and bustle of skiers and snowboarders at the bottom station of the Roßkar cable car next to the hotel.

Tip!

Guests who choose to go without the half-board option will receive a €15 voucher for the à la carte restaurant or a €20 voucher for a fondue evening. If possible please let us know one day in advance by speaking to a member of staff at reception.
